The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is giving a military widow and her young daughter a brand new, mortgage-free home on Thursday. Army Sgt. 1st Class Christopher Celiz was on patrol in Afghanistan in July 2018 when he was shot. That was the seventh time the Purple Heart recipient had been deployed and he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. The 32-year-old had been in the Army for 11 years. Celiz left behind his wife Katie and their 8-year-old daughter Shannon.
