WILLS
You can name the Foundation in your will for a specific amount or a percentage of your estate. You can also name the Foundation as a beneficiary of your estate after the payment of expenses and gifts to loved ones. We encourage you to discuss your estate plans with an attorney.
We suggest using the following language in your will:
I give and bequeath to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation with an address of 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York 10306, the sum of $_____ (or__ % of my estate; or the property described herein) to be used for the accomplishment of its general purposes.
The Foundation requires a complete copy of the gift instrument in order to verify and properly facilitate the transfer of the charitable bequest.
Please forward a copy of your planned giving documents to:

Charitable Remainder Trust
A charitable remainder trust (CRT) is established when a donor transfers cash or property to the trust. The trust then makes payments for a lifetime or a specified number of years to the donor, and the remainder is distributed to the charity. A CRT allows you to protect your assets as well as the future of our Foundation.
By directing your money to a CRT, you will be able to provide for your family’s future. In addition, a CRT reduces your income taxes now and estate taxes when you die. This trust partnership will fulfill your financial dream for your family, and help the Foundation carry on its mission.
