Air Force
Line of Duty Death: January 16, 2021

U.S. Air Force Reserve Master Sergeant Scott Blais, 47,  was on a regularly scheduled training mission at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii when he died on January 16, 2021.

MSgt. Blais joined the United States Marine Corps after high school and served honorably for 12 years. His love of aviation and his passion for serving the country led him to enlist full-time in the Air Force Reserve at Westover, where he proudly worked as a flight engineer with the 337th for 16 years.

MSgt. Blais left behind his wife, Erin, and twin daughters Lillian and Molly.

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation paid off the mortgage on the Blais family’s East Longmeadow, Massachusetts home on Memorial Day 2021.
