The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is delighted to welcome our program recipients and their families to a Reunion Weekend in Orlando, Florida to celebrate the Foundation’s 25th Anniversary. Please check back here for regular updates.

Hotel Check-In and Weekend Registration:

Upon your arrival to your assigned hotel, please follow the check-in signage for the Reunion Weekend. This is where you will receive your Universal park hopper tickets, your BOXI Park wristbands, all necessary information, and many more fun surprises to set you up for an amazing weekend!

A T2T staff member will be available at your hotel between 9am and 10pm to answer any questions you may have. If you need to make alternate pick-up arrangements, or if none of the guests in your party will arrive during this check-in window, please contact your designated Tunnel to Towers staff liaison.

Please be sure to pick up your packet as soon as you arrive at your hotel.

At check-in you will receive the following:

Universal Studios park hopper pass

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation recipients and their families will be staying at one of the Hotel Properties listed below. All hotel blocks have been booked for the following days:

Check-In: Thursday, February 26

Check-Out: Sunday, March 1

Any modifications or adjustments to these dates must be made by contacting the hotel directly. You will be receiving a hotel confirmation verifying your family’s specific accommodations via email in the coming weeks.

Friday, February 27, 2026

The Foundation is providing recipients and their families with a complimentary single-day park hopper pass for Universal Studios and Universal: Islands of Adventure. Both parks are connected through Universal’s City Walk at the main gate as well as the Harry Potter World located in the back of each park.

This park hopper ticket is available for a single day ONLY on Friday, February 27th 2026 for Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure ONLY. This date is fixed and these tickets are non-transferable. The other Universal park properties are not included with this ticket.

If you need further information during your visit to Universal, please visit our information booth located directly outside of the entrance at Universal Studios (indicated as a star on the map below).

Park Hours:

Universal Studios

Park Opens: 10:00am

Park Closes to General Public: 7:00pm

Park Closes Completely: 10pm

Note: From 7pm-10pm Universal Studios Florida will be open EXCLUSIVELY to guests of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. We kindly ask that everyone join us inside Universal Studios by 5:00pm wearing your T2T swag and glowing wristband!

Universal Islands of Adventure

Park Opens: 10:00am

Park Closes: 8:00pm

No Park Access after 8pm

Transportation to Universal:

To any Foundation guests staying at a Universal property* transportation to the parks is offered via shuttles that run continuously throughout the day, as well as access via boat at select hotels. We strongly encourage you to speak with hotel staff prior to your stay for more information regarding transportation to the parks.

*This includes all hotel accommodations with the exception of the Hyatt Regency Orlando

Parking Garage Pricing:

Pre-Paid Regular Self-Parking: $32 (tax included)
At Parking Toll Plaza: $35 (tax included)
After 6pm: Parking is FREE

Please note that parking is not included with your park ticket. If you choose to utilize the Universal parking amenities it will be at the personal expense of the guest.

Food and Beverage:

Every invited recipient and their guest(s) will receive a $25 food/drink voucher to enjoy within Universal Studios during their stay. This voucher will be provided to guests during the check-in process.

Any lost food vouchers will not be reimbursed for guests.

Any food or beverages purchased in excess of the voucher amount will be at the personal expense of the guest.

SATURday, February 28, 2026

Located just 20 miles from the central Universal properties is BOXI Park in Lake Nona, where a day of games, food, drinks, live entertainment, rides, crafts and much more will be waiting for you! All food, beverage & park amenities are free of charge for all guests once inside BOXI Park.

Festivities Begin: 3pm (Doors Open 2:30pm)

Festivities End: 9pm

Admission to the Park

Please make sure you are wearing the wristband provided to you at check-in for admission to the park. If you need a replacement wristband, please talk to T2T staff at the BOXI Park entrance.

For any guests over the age of 21 who wish to consume alcoholic beverages, please ensure that you are wearing the RED wristband provided to you. If you did not receive one at check-in, please see a member of our staff at the entrance, and be prepared to show a valid, government-issued form of identification.

Transportation

Shuttles will be available to transport guests to-and-from BOXI Park for the duration of the event. Please note, the event at BOXI Park is located approximately 30 minutes from the hotel accommodations.

Shuttles TO BOXI Park

Look for shuttle pick-up signage in the parking lot at your hotel. A member of T2T Staff will be outside to help direct you and answer any questions.

Shuttle Loading Begins – 1:30pm

Final Shuttle Departs – 2:20pm

Guests that miss the shuttle will be responsible for their own transportation to the park.

Shuttles FROM BOXI Park

Shuttles to each of the hotels will run on a continuous loop for the duration of the event. Please look for the name of your hotel at the shuttle Pick-Up location along Tavistock Blvd. If you need further direction in regards to the shuttle service, please speak to a member of our event staff located at the park entrance or at the information booth inside the park.

Parking

Guests arriving by car will have access to parking directly across the street from the park entrance. Please follow the directional signage for “Event Parking” as you get closer to the site.

Guests arriving by ride share should look for “Ride Share Drop Off” signage located on the corner of Tavistock Lakes Blvd and Lake Nona Blvd.

Security

ALL guests & families will be required to enter through security upon their arrival. NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT.

Lost and Found

Lost Something? Please visit the security booth at the park entrance and provide a detailed description of the lost item.

Found something? Please turn in any items to a T2T staff member.

If you have any questions during your visit, please see a member of the Tunnel to Towers Events staff or visit our information booths – indicated on the park map.

Food & Beverage

Food and beverages will be available throughout the entire park, free of charge to all guests. Make sure you check out our main food tent at the park entrance, the BOXI Park shipping containers for full bar service, the Bravest Boardwalk for an array of carnival concessions, as well as the following food trucks: Mission BBQ, Grill Team 6, and the Guy Fieri Foundation Food Truck.

Check out the Bravest Boardwalk for rides, inflatables, games, and crafts for ALL ages. ALL of our crafts, rides and attractions are open to guests, free of charge during your time at the park.

Check out the mechanical bull, the carousel, our inflatable slides, the bungee challenge, MANY carnival games, an obstacle course, rock climbing wall, bouncy house, “Build-A-Hero” booth, whack-a-mole, face painting, temporary tattoos, caricature artists, magicians, a petting zoo and MUCH MORE.
