Tunnel to Towers Foundation CelebrateS Major Milestone in the Let Us Do Good Village
LAND O’ LAKES, FL [December 18, 2025] — On December 18th, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art Amenity Center in the Let Us Do Good Village in Land O’ Lakes.
The new Amenity Center has been designed to serve as the heart of the community, offering world-class features inside and out, with an ADA swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, playground, basketball and pickleball courts, ADA-accessible fitness center, movie theater, game room, and business center.
The Tunnel to Towers Let Us Do Good Village is a first-of-its-kind community that, exclusively for catastrophically injured veterans, Gold Star families, and families of fallen first responders.
Over 40 homes have been completed, and 20 are under construction for completion early next year.
Members of the Media were invited to tour the Amenity Center before the ceremony to see firsthand the care that went into the design to make it a welcoming place for all residents.
The Let Us Do Good Village is a unique community, designed to foster connection and accessibility, will eventually feature nearly 100 homes gifted to catastrophically injured veterans, first responders, and Gold Star and Fallen First Responder families. Built with thoughtful accessibility features, the village offers a supportive environment for families who have sacrificed so much for our nation.
About the Tunnel to Towers Foundation
Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries out its mission to “do good” by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
Children of the Foundation’s home recipients are offered full scholarships for undergraduate degrees and accredited trade school programs, helping secure their futures. The Foundation is also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America Never Forget September 11, 2001.
