Line of Duty Death: July 4, 2020

Toledo Ohio Police Officer Anthony Dia, 26, was shot and killed in the line of duty on July 4, 2020, while conducting a welfare check. 

Officer Dia was a two-year veteran of the Toledo Police Department, having joined the force in July 2018. 

He left behind his wife Jayme and two sons, Younes, 8, and Maytham, 6.
