NEW YORK, NEW YORK [May 21, 2024] – Registration for the 23rd Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk New York City is open now.

On Sunday, September 29, 2024, join tens of thousands of runners, walkers, first responders, servicemembers, and veterans to retrace FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller’s final footsteps on September 11, 2001.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk NYC is a tribute to the 343 FDNY firefighters, law enforcement officers, and thousands of civilians who died on September 11, 2001, those who continue to lose their lives to 9/11-related illnesses, and the more than 7,000 service members who lost their lives in the Global War on Terror.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K event began with just 1,500 people in 2002 and is now considered one of the top 5K runs in America, with more than 40,000 people participating last year.
