Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office, Virginia ● Line of Duty Death: January 12, 2021

Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Frederick Henry Cameron Jr. passed away on January 12th, 2021 from complications as a result of contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty. 

Cameron was born in Winchester, Virginia, and was raised in Springfield, Virginia. He grew up spending a lot of time with his family and he showed interest in bowling, music, and cars from a young age. Cameron began his 16 year long career with the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office in February of 2005. Cameron loved meeting new people and serving his community. In addition, Sergeant Cameron also participated as a Virginia National Trustee for Law Enforcement United which is an organization that acknowledges the courage and service of fallen law enforcement officers. Sergeant Cameron always went above and beyond to give back to his community and make sure it was safe.

Sergeant Frederick Henry Cameron Jr. is survived by his wife Michelle, and two children, Charles and Adrianna.
