2025 Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk NYC FOX 5 Special

On Sunday, September 28, 2025, thousands of supporters from New York and around the country retraced FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller’s final footsteps on 9/11 from the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers in honor of America’s greatest heroes. Afterwards, festivities commenced on Vessey Street where Chris Janson headlined the post-run concert.

Proceeds from the 24th Annual Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk NYC Support the Foundation’s various programs, including the In the Line of Duty Programs, the Homeless Veteran Program, and the Tunnel to Towers 9/11 Institute™. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to its mission to “do good,” by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. Tunnel to Towers is also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001.

On Friday, October 5, FOX 5 premiered the 2025 Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk NYC TV Special, featuring the thousands of individuals who participated in the Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk NYC.
