DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, December 19\, 2016\, the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation will be in Dallas to announce that it has paid off the mortgages held on the homes of Dallas Area Rapid Transit Officer Brent Thompson and Dallas Police Department Sergeant Michael Smith. Both were killed in the line of duty on July 7.
